May 3-31 - $1,200 weekly

June 1 - 28 - $1,600 weekly

June 29 - October 18 - $1,800 weekly

October 19 - December 31 - $1,200 weekly

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable until May 1. After that, if we are still able to fill the booking, we may still provide a refund less 10% if the cancellation is made closer to your arrival date.

13% Harmonized Sales Tax is additional.

A $200 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in.
